Caitlin Wolf is in her 5th year as the Associate Director at Rouse High School in Leander, TX where she leads the marching band and directs the Rouse Wind Ensemble.

Mrs. Wolf began her high school career at Cedar Park High School before opening Vandegrift High School as a member of their first graduating class. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in music education from the University of North Texas, graduating Magna cum Laude and with Distinguished Honors.

From 2013-2016, Caitlin Wolf served as a drum major at the Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps. Since 2016, Mrs. Wolf has served on their brass staff and currently serves on Crossmen’s Board of Directors.

In 2018, Mrs. Wolf joined the Rouse High School Staff. During her time there, all ensembles under her direction have received superior ratings. In 2020, Mrs. Wolf began serving as the Marching Band Director for the Rouse Band, and in the fall of 2021 the Rouse Marching Band earned their first Silver Medal at the UIL State Marching Contest, and were a first-time medalist at the Bands of America San Antonio Super Regional.
