Manny Maldonado is a highly-sought after arranger, composer and designer for the marching arts. He is the owner, program coordinator, and lead arranger for MJM Works LLC, a marching band production company he founded in 2007. With his 26 years of arranging experience, Manny has helped hundreds of programs throughout his career, many of them achieving at the highest levels of the activity.

During the summer months, Mr. Maldonado is one of the senior leadership facilitators for EMPOWER leadership. Every year, Manny travels across Texas coaching student leaders and band directors on student-led organizational leadership. He is also active in developing the curriculum for the organization.

Mr. Maldonado was a percussion director and assistant band director from 2001 to 2015. His most notable accomplishments were at Cedar Park and CT Johnson High Schools where he helped the bands consistently place in finals at Bands of America Regionals, Texas UIL State Marching Contest, and Texas Music Educator Association Honor Band competitions. Manny placed many students in the TMEA All-State and All-Region Bands. In 2011, his drumline received a "perfect percussion score" on the Individual Music sheet at the Bands of America Grand Nationals Finals Competition.

Manny Maldonado resides in Bulverde, Texas, with his wife, Candace, and his two sons, Jameson and Owen. When not arranging, running his company, or teaching student leadership, Manny loves to vacation in Port Aransas, Texas and go camping with his family.
